Processing Time
All candles and home fragrance products are hand-poured and prepared with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost, Delayed, Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.
Timeless Gardens Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help make it right.
