At Timeless Gardens Candle Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with eligible returns.
Return Window
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition they were received
Items that have been burned, used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used candles
- Opened wax melts
- Opened room sprays
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Timeless Gardens Candle Co. is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
